Reclaimed BaYOU 

The Reclaimed BaYOU program is a dedicated effort focused on advancing materials and waste management at the grassroots and community level. Through a collaborative agenda, we develop initiatives aimed at diverting materials from the waste stream through strategies such as reuse, efficient recycling, upcycling, and other best management practices. With a shared vision, the Reclaimed BaYOU program actively involves communities in local materials management as an instrumental tool in mitigating the impact of litter on the Lower Galveston Bay watershed.
