About The Event
Create a space that gives back — turn your yard into a sanctuary for pollinators and support a healthier ecosystem across Houston.
Join us for the Pollinator Gardens Workshop — the final event in the 2026 Neighborhood Resilience Network Series, three free, hands-on workshops designed to equip Houstonians with practical tools for more sustainable homes and resilient communities.
Led by Master Gardener Robin Kendrick-Yates, this workshop explores the vital role pollinators play in our ecosystems and how to design a garden that supports them. Learn how native plants and simple practices can attract bees, butterflies, and other beneficial species — while improving the health of Houston's bayous. Participants will gain hands-on experience building a pollinator hotel to take home.
