Bayou Preservation Association concentrates its efforts on the 22 bayou systems and waterways in the greater Houston region. Most of these watersheds are located within Harris County and extend to Spring Creek, Clear Creek, and Cedar Bayou, plus Lake Houston. However, Bayou Preservation Association is also involved with watersheds north of Harris County and within the San Jacinto-Trinity Coastal Basin as well as watersheds south of Harris County and within the Brazos-San Jacinto Coastal Basin. We recognize the unique features of the various watersheds.
