About The Event

About the Event

This year’s Confluence Spring Series – Where Ideas and Practice Meet – will showcase how nature-based infrastructure influences water quality, flood resilience, and community outcomes throughout our region.

Focusing on a real-world Houston-based case study, the program brings together voices from design, implementation, and stewardship to examine how projects develop from initial concept to lasting performance.

More details, including speakers and registration, coming soon.

About the Series

Confluence: Where Ideas and Practice Meet is Bayou Preservation Association’s premier biannual educational series. It gathers professionals from conservation, planning, engineering, and sustainable development to discuss current challenges and practical solutions shaping Houston’s future.
