About The Event
Join us for the First Annual Fall Nature Fest, sponsored by Harris County Precinct 1 Commissioner Rodney Ellis, on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM at Gene Green Park. This event is designed to engage youth ages six to twelve in fun, educational activities that foster a connection to nature and raise environmental awareness. Organizations like Bayou Preservation Association will host interactive booths, and we will distribute a limited run of our Watershed Explorer Kits for attendees interested in learning more about our waterways at home with their family and friends. This Nature Fest will surely be a meaningful and enriching experience for all!
