Our bayou and park are a treasure trove of natural beauty, providing us with clean air, recreational opportunities, and a habitat for wildlife. Your involvement will not only keep our park clean and beautiful, but also strengthen the bonds within our community. As a token of our appreciation, we will have small gift bags, invasive species guides, and native seeds waiting for our amazing volunteers.
What to Bring:
- Long sleeve shirt and pants that can get dirty.
- Closed-toe shoes.
- A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Sunscreen and Bug Spray
Help Improve Fonteno Park: Take Our Survey Here!
Bayou Preservation Association is planning to install interpretive signs in Fonteno Park to enhance the park experience. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and preferences. The survey will be accepting submissions until February 23rd, 2024, at 5:00 pm.
